The sudden onset of doom lurks and there is no real danger.  Kristen lost much of her appetite and was in a constant state of worry.  Beating herself up because she knew better, highly educated about anxiety disorders, how could this happen to her, was a question she frequently asked.  She had hard times going to public places and feeling comfortable, driving a was a chore in itself and just being was hard at tiems as well.

My name is Kristen and I am no different than anyone else that may suffer from anxiety, low self esteem, eating disorders, fears and phobias or any kind of limiting condition you may have.  I lived in fear for a period of time until I took charge of it.  With my knowledge and much trial and error, I developed tools to help myself rid myself of anxiety and fear.  At times it was quite comical what I would do, but a sense of humor is very important in any trying situation. 

As I began to take back my life, I found my true calling and purpose.  That is helping others improve their lives one step at a time.  The horrific experience I had turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.  It can for you too.
